Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 2025

By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all hire agreements entered into with Soiree With Us (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), located in Perth, Western Australia.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon payment of a deposit.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid prior to the pickup date.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee.

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.

3. Pickup & Drop Off

  • Collection times will be agreed upon prior to the event.

  • The client is responsible for pick up and drop off of the items on the agreed upon dates.

4. Use of Hired Equipment

  • All equipment remains the property of Soiree With Us.

  • The client is responsible for all hired items from the time of collection to drop off.

  • Equipment must not be altered or used for any unlawful purpose.

  • The client must take reasonable care of all equipment and return it in the condition it was received.

5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • The client is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of hired items during the hire period.

  • Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced accordingly.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our equipment, except where required by law.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests and attendees in relation to the use of hired equipment.

7. Weather Conditions

  • Outdoor hires are subject to weather conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to have alternative arrangements in case of adverse weather.

  • Refunds will not be provided for weather-related cancellations unless otherwise agreed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
