By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all hire agreements entered into with Soiree With Us (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), located in Perth, Western Australia.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit is paid.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full prior to the pickup date.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer.

2. Hire Period

  • The standard hire period is up to 5 days (Thursday – Tuesday).

  • Alternative pickup and return days/times may be arranged by prior agreement.

3. Pickup & Drop Off

  • Collection and return times will be agreed upon prior to the event.

  • The client is responsible for picking up and dropping off items on the agreed dates.

  • Items may be taken to regional events outside of Perth; however, this must be advised at the time of booking.

4. Use of Hired Equipment

  • All equipment remains the property of Soirée With Us.

  • The client is responsible for all hired items from the time of collection until return.

  • Equipment must not be altered, modified, or used for any unlawful purpose.

  • The client must take reasonable care of all equipment and return it in the condition and packaging it was received.

  • Glassware and crockery must be washed, dried, and returned in their original packaging. Silverware must be hand washed and dried.

5. Weather Conditions

  • Outdoor hires are subject to weather conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to have alternative arrangements in case of adverse weather.

  • Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations unless otherwise agreed.

  • Umbrellas must only be used in calm conditions, secured firmly into their bases using the tightening mechanism, and packed down if wind picks up.

  • Soirée With Us accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss resulting from failure to follow these instructions.

6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • The client is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of hired items during the hire period.

  • All repair or replacement costs will be invoiced accordingly. Replacement fees reflect the cost incurred by Soirée With Us to restock the item.

  • If an item is damaged or broken, the client must notify Soirée With Us as soon as possible so bookings for future clients can be managed.

7. Liability

  • Soirée With Us is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our equipment, except where required by law.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests and attendees when using hired equipment.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit or may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
